Today I made some pudding. I have never made before... (don't laugh... lol).
I started with measuring the milk. 500 ml was the ideal quantity. Then, in a bowl, using a spoon, I mixed the pudding powder with some cold milk. After that, I put the rest of the milk in a pan on the blaugas to boil and after a few minutes I added the mixture I made before.
Here comes the funny part. My mom told me a while ago that the whole mixture has to thicken up. I was still mixing, but nothing special happened so I decided to move some milk out of the pan and see what will gonna be next. I was scared because I didn't want to ruin the kitchen. Happy for me, the pudding started to thicken and I put the moved milk back in the pan. Then, I took the pan out of the blaugas, spilled the hot pudding in 3 little bowls (because I made it for me and my parents) and put them in the fridge.
I'm happy with the result. I'm eating it right now. Mmm, vanilla... You have a photo below.
